KARD
KARD is a unique South Korean co-ed group under DSP Media that debuted in 2017. Breaking K-Pop norms, the group consists of two female members, Somin and Jiwoo, and two male members, J.Seph and BM. Their name itself reflects this co-ed format, standing for King, Ace, JokeR, & HiDden. Instead of the typical cute or powerful concepts often seen in K-Pop, KARD has carved a niche with upbeat, catchy music that blends pop, hip-hop, and Latin influences. This fusion sound has garnered them a global fanbase, particularly strong in Latin America. KARD’s energetic performances and genre-bending sound have made them a refreshing addition to the K-Pop scene.
