GFRIEND

GFRIEND is a highly regarded South Korean girl group that debuted in 2015. Under Source Music, they made their debut with the song “Glass Bead.” The group, consisting of Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, and Umji, gained recognition for their distinctive “powerful innocent” concept, which combined sharp, dynamic choreography with a youthful and pure image. Their music often revolved around themes of love and coming of age, with hits like “Rough” and “Navillera” highlighting their memorable melodies and outstanding vocals. Despite originating from a smaller agency, GFRIEND achieved significant success both in Korea and internationally, even earning the distinction of being the first girl group interviewed for the Grammy Museum’s Masterclass.
