Blink-182
Blink-182, formed in the early 90s in California, are considered a pop-punk powerhouse. Their sound blends catchy pop melodies with the fast-paced energy of punk rock. Originally known for their irreverent humor and high-octane live shows, Blink-182 emerged from the Southern California skate punk scene. The band’s most recognizable lineup features bassist Mark Hoppus, drummer Travis Barker, and guitarist Tom DeLonge (though Matt Skiba has also played guitar and vocals in recent years). Their 1999 album “Enema of the State” was a massive success, propelled by hits like “What’s My Age Again?” and “All the Small Things,” which became MTV staples and helped define the pop-punk sound for a generation.
